Utilizing the KDN-K306-24AR PLC from the KDN-K3 series as its core controller, the machine delivers strong computing capability with 14 digital inputs and 10 relay outputs. This configuration fully supports the machine's operational demands. The dedicated KDN text screen enables convenient parameter setting, real-time alarm display, operation guidance, and production data monitoring for enhanced operator efficiency.
Flexible Parameter Configuration
Through the KDN text screen, parameters are classified into equipment parameters (single pulse length, overshoot, pressing distance, pressing time, cutting time) for stable machine operation, and user parameters (production quantity, target length, first section, last section, pitch, number of sections) for flexible adjustment according to production requirements. This classification simplifies operation and improves production switching efficiency.
Enhanced Processing Capabilities
Beyond conventional roll forming and cutting functions, the control system performs veneer cutting processes. This allows precise cutting of surface materials synchronously or independently, expanding application scope. The PLC integrates this function with overall motion control logic to maintain high synchronization between cutting action and roll forming speed, meeting diverse processing requirements for high-quality roofing and wall panel products.
